Shannon Rose Smith is a British Canadian writer and curator. She writes about art and literature, and organises reading groups. She is also an experienced editor of non-fiction, including exhibition catalogues and gallery text.

Her curatorial work includes Robert MacBryde and Robert Colquhoun: Artists, Lovers, Outsiders, with Damian Barr and Bring No Clothes: Bloomsbury and Fashion, with Charlie Porter, both for Charleston.

Shannon also teaches creative writing in small-group settings.

Shannon holds a PhD in English Language and Literature from Queen’s University.
